      The first phase of fermentation workshop of Daqing Huali Biotechnology Co., Ltd. was completed and put into operation in 2010, with 2 sets of 100l-1000l-10000l fermentation production lines, 2 sets of 200l-2000l-20000l fermentation production lines, and 12000 tons of microbial fermentation agents can be produced in the first phase of the project; the second phase of the project was completed and put into operation in June 2017, with 4 sets of 200l-2000l-20000l fermentation production lines, all of which are automatic monitoring and control The design capacity of the second phase is 20000 tons of microbial fermentation agents per year. The third phase of the project starts to be built in September 2019. It is expected to be completed and put into operation in February 2020. Two sets of 200l-2000l-20000l fermentation production lines will be built. All fermentation parameters are automatic monitoring and control, with continuous feeding function. The design capacity of the third phase is 16000 tons of microbial fermentation agents per year. The total capacity of the fermentation workshop can reach Up to the annual output of 48000 tons of microbial starter, 10 sets of production lines are made of food grade stainless steel with high cleanliness, which can meet the production requirements of most microbial starter.

      The fermentation workshop has a professional microbial fermentation production management team, which adopts advanced production management mode and implements fair and strict performance evaluation management methods. The fermentation team of the fermentation workshop has successively won the honors of excellent fermentation team and innovation achievement award of Heilongjiang Province.
