      At present, the company is mainly engaged in bio oil field business, and the business in bio environmental protection, bio agriculture and animal husbandry, bio health and other fields has gradually developed and expanded. Its main products include biosurfactant, microbial agent used in oil field, agriculture and animal husbandry and environmental protection fields.

1、 Biosurfactant

      In 2011, lipopeptide biosurfactant is a secondary metabolite of microorganism, which is used to mix with chemical surfactant in ASP flooding to improve oil recovery. Its main advantages are environmental friendly, low price and cost saving.

2、 Energy saving and consumption reduction

• Through exploration, when the second stage fermentation equipment is put into use, the automation degree of the equipment is improved, and the production cycle is effectively shortened by increasing the use frequency of the second stage equipment.
• Phase II equipment has high heat exchange efficiency, effectively reduces energy consumption cost, precise parameter control, convenient operation, and effectively reduces personnel workload.
• Reasonably arrange the heating time of phase I and phase II fermentation equipment to shorten the fermentation cycle.
• In the second phase of the equipment, the charging pump is added to reduce the workload of tank lowering and the number of workers.

      Gas boiler is put into operation, steam supply meets all production supply, with high heat and stable pressure, improving temperature rise speed and effectively reducing production cycle. However, due to the high cost of gas-fired heating, the company has made full use of the lost heat energy through the transformation of the cooling cycle system, saving about 40% energy;

3、 Agriculture and animal husbandry

      The main product lipopeptide biosurfactant is applied in many fields, and its application in the field of agriculture and animal husbandry is extended:

1).  Agriculture and animal husbandry with biological active peptide as the core

      At present, the main product of lipopeptide biosurfactant is expanded and domesticated, and the high-efficiency bioactive peptide is successfully developed and applied in the field of agriculture and animal husbandry

      Agriculture: the traditional amino acid water-soluble fertilizer is successfully combined with high-efficiency bioactive peptide to supplement the organic nutrients needed by crops such as amino acid, promote the physiological metabolism of crops, improve photosynthesis, increase yield and effectively correct physiological diseases at the same time;

      Animal husbandry: the high-efficiency bioactive peptide was combined with the strains developed by Heilongjiang Bayi Agricultural Reclamation University, and successfully developed feed additive products to solve the epidemic diarrhea of livestock, which was recognized by customers and filled the gap of related products in China.

2.)  "Soil hospital" project

      In the agricultural and animal husbandry sector, microbial technology is used to cooperate with functional microbial agents, organic fertilizers, foliar fertilizers and other organic ecological products, to solve the problems of soil organic matter shortage, soil hardening, utilization of saline alkali land, agricultural residues exceeding the standard, accumulation of pathogenic bacteria, and promote the construction of ecological agriculture.

      The technology can increase the content of organic matter, supplement microelements, purify the soil, improve the microbial environment and physical structure of the soil, improve the low yield soil, and improve the soil fertility. At the same time, it can promote the absorption of nutrients and microelements by crops and improve the resistance of crops

3.)  Straw resource utilization

      According to the characteristics of low temperature after harvest and the basic requirements of temperature for microbial growth in the cold region of Northeast China, the technology introduced high-efficiency lignocellulose degrading bacteria from abroad to be compatible with the strains independently developed by our company, and developed the high-efficiency straw degrading bacterial agent "Fung No.1". Straw ripening agent can make straw and other organic wastes quickly ripen, make the organic matter, phosphorus, potassium and other elements contained in straw become the nutrition needed for plant growth, and produce a large number of beneficial microorganisms, stimulate crop production, improve soil organic matter, enhance plant resistance, reduce the use of chemical fertilizer, improve crop quality, and realize the sustainable development of agriculture.

4.)  Biological control

      Relying on the application of biotechnological means to control grass, insects and bacteria instead of pesticides, efforts are made to build a characteristic ecological agricultural science and technology base, and develop the products of microbial production, disease resistance and insect resistance system; using high-efficiency bioactive peptide and microbial agent to effectively mix, function and seedlings, and effectively improve the phenomenon of seedling diseases and insect pests caused by the use of raw chicken manure as fertilizer in the shed all the year round. With professional technical support and all-round service guarantee, the company has built a biological control system, provided professional and standardized services, gradually replaced chemical fertilizers and pesticides, and promoted the development of green organic agriculture.

      "Wangbaozhu Labor Model Innovation Studio" was founded in October 2017, with 10 professional and technical personnel, mainly engaged in the R & D and design of new biological fertilizer products, the application of new technologies and product technology improvement. With the concept of "innovative ideas come from production, innovative achievements serve production", the labor model innovation studio has developed "Daqing spirit" and "Iron Man Spirit", and carried out effective scientific innovation and research activities for the practical problems and unsafe factors encountered in the production work. Based on this, the company also vigorously promotes the spirit of "model worker and craftsman" and drives the staff to carry out mass scientific and technological innovation activities. At present, the company's number of middle and senior professional titles has reached 50% of the total, and has successively obtained 7 national and provincial science and technology projects, including 3 national projects, 2 provincial projects, and 2 municipal projects. Among them, the national "863" project "biosurfactant flooding technology research" project undertaken by the company, and various scientific and technological achievements have been awarded.

      The 10 members of the studio are experts in technology, production, operation and management. Since its establishment, the studio has obtained 7 national utility model patents and invention patents, accounting for 60% of the company's patent projects, published more than 40 papers in various journals, and won more than 30 honors at all levels.
